Terms and Conditions – Coaching

Scope:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Helen Leahey.

1. Subject of the Contract

  • Helen Leahey offers educational and coaching services.
  • Coaching does not replace therapy, medical advice, or legal advice.
  • Recommendations are non-binding; Helen Leahey is not liable for actions or decisions made by the client based on the coaching.

2. Contract Conclusion

  • The contract is concluded when a coaching session is booked.
  • Access to coaching begins upon payment of the agreed fee.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • No refund for paid periods, except:
    • Money-back guarantee after the second session, if the client is not satisfied. Cancellation reasons must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • No refund is issued for the current month.
  • Upon termination of the subscription, all rights to coaching access expire.

5. Coaching Appointments

  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are considered completed sessions and will be billed.

6. Liability

  • Coaching is educational and advisory; it does not replace therapy, medical advice, or legal advice.
  • Helen Leahey is not liable for decisions or actions made based on recommendations.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Client information is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes.

8. Final Provisions

  • Changes or additions must be in writing.
  • Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
  • German law applies.
  • Jurisdiction: Koblenz, Germany

Terms and Conditions – DeIntra Label Subscription

Scope:
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the DeIntra label under a subscription.

1. Subject of the Contract

  • The client receives the right to use the DeIntra label as part of the subscription.
  • The client is solely responsible for all content and legal compliance.
  • The label may not be used to infringe copyright or other legal rights.

2. Contract Conclusion

  • The contract is concluded upon subscription to the label service.
  • Access begins with payment of the subscription fee.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • No refund for paid periods.

4. Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • Upon termination, all rights to use the DeIntra label expire immediately.
  • Transfer or sublicensing to third parties is not permitted.

5. Liability & Obligations

  • Clients assume full responsibility for all releases and content.
  • Helen Leahey is not liable for legal disputes (e.g., copyright infringement or contract disputes) arising from the use of the label.
  • Helen Leahey is not liable for technical issues or damages resulting from third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Zoom, Telegram, Microsoft Teams).

6. Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Client information is used solely for administration, billing, and communication.

7. Final Provisions

  • Changes or additions must be in writing.
  • Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
  • German law applies.

AGB – DeIntra Label-Abonnement

Geltungsbereich:
Diese AGB gelten für die Nutzung des DeIntra-Labels im Rahmen eines Abonnements.

1. Vertragsgegenstand

  • Der Kunde erhält das Recht, das DeIntra-Label im Rahmen des Abos zu nutzen.
  • Der Kunde ist allein verantwortlich für Inhalte und rechtliche Nutzung.
  • Die Nutzung darf kein Copyright-Verstoß oder sonstige Rechtsverletzungen beinhalten.

2. Vertragsabschluss

  • Der Vertrag kommt durch Abschluss des Label-Abos zustande.
  • Die Nutzung beginnt mit Zahlung der Abo-Gebühr.

3. Preise & Zahlung

  • Zahlungen erfolgen per PayPal oder Banküberweisung.
  • Keine Rückerstattung für bereits bezahlte Zeiträume.

4. Kündigung

  • Abos können jederzeit gekündigt werden.
  • Mit Beendigung des Abos erlöschen alle Rechte auf Nutzung des DeIntra-Labels sofort.
  • Weitergabe oder Unterlizenzierung an Dritte ist nicht gestattet.

5. Haftung & Pflichten

  • Kunden übernehmen die volle Verantwortung für alle Veröffentlichungen.
  • Helen Leahey haftet nicht für rechtliche Auseinandersetzungen (z. B. Copyright-Verletzungen, Vertragsstreitigkeiten) im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung des Labels.
  • Helen Leahey haftet nicht für technische Probleme oder Schäden, die durch Drittplattformen (WhatsApp, Zoom, Telegram, Microsoft Teams) entstehen.

6. Datenschutz

  • Personenbezogene Daten werden gemäß Datenschutzerklärung verarbeitet.
  • Kundeninformationen werden ausschließlich für Verwaltung, Abrechnung und Kommunikation genutzt.

7. Schlussbestimmungen

  • Änderungen oder Ergänzungen bedürfen der Schriftform.
  • Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen gültig.
  • Es gilt deutsches Recht.
  • Gerichtsstand: Koblenz
